Gatsby Student Arts Support Fund
Need funding for your student-created arts project? Want to produce a film festival? Showcase your culture through dance and music? Stage a musical? Learn how to apply for a Gatsby Student Arts Support Fund Grant, funded by the Arts Initiative at Columbia University.
What is the Gatsby Student Arts Support Fund?
Each semester, the Arts Initiative funds student arts projects (either as individuals or groups) through the Gatsby Student Arts Support Fund. Columbia students showcase their arts and cultural talents to the Columbia community. And every year, the Arts Initiative helps students bring their projects to life.
Past projects have included cultural showcases, dance events, film festivals, literary publications, musical theater, concerts, photography exhibits, and studio art workshops, among many others. We actively seek out students and groups who think outside the box, work across disciplines, and reach all Columbians with their creativity. Click here to see a slideshow of recent projects.
The application is available in PDF format, and the sample budget is available as an excel spreadsheet.
