Visit.org is the world’s leading platform for travel activities with a cause: immersive day experiences hosted by local “do-good” organizations. 100% of host revenue is invested back into the local community. Visit.org offers thousands of experiences in 80 countries. We believe that by 2020, every trip itinerary will include at least a half-day activity with a cause. We are looking for a brilliant, motivated photography intern to join our team in NYC.

The right candidate:
- Is passionate about storytelling through visuals (photography, videos, graphics, etc.)
- Has a strong portfolio of photography work and experience
- Enjoys generating creative, high-quality visual content on the topics of travel and social good
- Is excited to work with and photograph nonprofits and other social good organizations throughout NYC 
- Studies photography or a related major and wants to build a career as a photographer
- Has a creative mind that never stops generating innovative visual ideas
- Is independent and takes initiative
- Looks forward to working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Knowledge of foreign languages and cultures is a plus

What will you do?
- Take high-quality pictures and videos of the activities offered by our partner organizations throughout NYC
- Ensure all NYC tours have high-res visuals
- Help build a buzz and a network of travel photographers around the world
- Initiate and innovate! We encourage ideas and suggestions and the opportunity to grow within our company

What do we offer?
This internship is unpaid. We highly encourage candidates who can receive academic credit to apply. You will increase your knowledge of the global tech & social good sector and gain substantial, easily demonstrable experience in your areas of interest. Experts in the industry will guide your work. We work at a fun co-working space in NYC.

Timeline & Commitment:
Start in January and commit to 15-20 hours per week for 5-6 months.
