Arts + Business Partners (ABP) offers workshops and / or advising for:

- Collectors: Independent advisory services on photo acquisitions and collection management, and workshops on collecting photography for new to seasoned collectors at schools and auction houses.
- Photographers: Workshops on the fine art photography marketplace, as well as private consulting with photographers on their communication tools.
- Corporate Sponsorship: Training / seminars for nonprofit groups and business sponsors that help sponsor and grantee achieve measurable results.


Photo Collection Management

  • Update and research information related to a 250+ piece private photography collection.
  • Assist with the photography collection layout, placement and design.
  • Research prices for insurance/appraisal purposes.
  • Maintain files on both desktop computer and hard copy catalogues.


  • Research and update corporate sponsorship / marketing initiatives by sector (Retail, banking, wealth management, etc.)
  • Update and maintain corporate sponsorship sample books (i.e., what corporate sponsors are doing, and why).
  • Interface with museums and other cultural institutions to obtain updated corporate membership / sponsorship marketing programs.
  • Provide support for other initiatives (eg, “Corporate Sponsorship and the Arts” 5-week class, New York University, Steinhardt School, Graduate Program, Arts Administration, January – March 2019)


  • Assist with writing / updating marketing documents, social media and website page for events, classes, and the making of promotional materials, etc.
  • Update contact database (Outlook).
  • Assist ABP team with all aspects of office management, as needed.
  • Research and data input for ABP advising and educational activities.

10 – 12 hours per week (2x week). Flexible hours. 6 months commitment.

This is an unpaid internship. Interns will have access to unique benefits:

  • Attend museum and gallery openings.
