How to Enter
Current Columbia/Barnard students, faculty, and staff with a valid CUID/BCID are eligible to enter the random draw.
When you submit the form, you’ll choose the genre category(ies) you want a chance to purchase tickets for: Music & Dance, Opera, and Broadway. You may choose one or more categories. Each category has its own separate random drawing. If you are selected for one to three categories, you will receive unique codes and links.

Selection for the random drawing does not guarantee tickets.
Tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis. There are limited offerings, and shows are likely to sell out quickly.
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are permitted.
If selected, you may purchase a maximum of 2 tickets per event per CUID/BCID.
Unique codes should not be shared with others. Purchases made by non-selected patrons will be cancelled.

In response to very high demand, this fall’s On Sale at the TIC access will be offered to students, faculty, and staff selected through a random drawing.

Will the ticketing website be slower than usual?
On Sale at the TIC is a very popular, high demand program. This random drawing will limit the number of patrons simultaneously accessing the third-party ticketing software. In an effort to further minimize delays, please use only one device to purchase and do not refresh pages repeatedly.
How do I confirm that my purchase went through?
Once your transaction is complete, you will receive a receipt to the email address that you provided during checkout. If you do not see a receipt, please email ticketinfo@columbia.edu with your full name and the name of the event(s) that you purchased. We will confirm if the purchase went through and verify that we have the correct email address on file for you.
How do I get my tickets after I buy them?
Tickets are available for in-person pickup at the TIC Box Office (Lerner Hall) with a valid CUID/BCID and will be available 1–2 weeks before each performance. You’ll receive an email when tickets are ready for pickup.
Didn’t receive a pickup notification?
Email ticketinfo@columbia.edu to confirm your email address on file.
If I buy a pair of tickets, will my tickets be seated together?
We always do our best to seat orders together, but it is not guaranteed.
What is the refund/exchange policy?
All sales are final. No exchanges or refunds are permitted.
