On Sale at the TIC Ticketing Details
When do tickets go on sale?
Tickets for spring 2025 went on sale Friday, December 6 at 11 AM eastern. The next sale will be in early fall 2025, and announced via the Arts Initiative email newsletter.
Who can purchase tickets?
Discounted tickets are available to all current Columbia/Barnard students, faculty, and staff with valid CUID.
How many tickets can I buy?
You can purchase a maximum of 2 tickets per event per CUID, and there is no limit on the number of events for which you can purchase tickets.
How quickly do tickets sell out?
We have a limited offering of tickets and high demand, so many shows sell out very fast—often minutes after the online sales begin.
How do I confirm that my purchase went through?
Once your transaction is complete, you will receive a receipt to the email address that you provided during checkout. If you do not see a receipt in your inbox, please email ticketinfo@columbia.edu with your full name and the name of the event(s) that you purchased. We will confirm if the purchase went through and verify that we have the correct email address on file for you.
How do I get my tickets after I buy?
You will receive an email one to two weeks prior to the date of the performance when your tickets are ready to be picked up in-person at the TIC box office in Lerner Hall. If you have not received an email two weeks before the event, please email ticketinfo@columbia.edu to confirm that we have the correct email address on file for you.
Will all of my tickets be seated together?
While we do our best to seat orders together, this is not guaranteed.
What is the refund/exchange policy?
All sales are final. No exchanges or refunds.
