About The Exhibition

This immerse art exhibition addresses a very serious issue: the erasure of Black and Indigenous people in the Latin American diaspora. The installation combines photos of people in this community with conducted interviews asking them about their experiences. The project aims to build a platform for their voices to be shared and to reiterate the importance of creating spaces for intersectionality in the Latinx community.

This event is sponsored by GSAS, the Political Science department, ASGC Student Council, and the Lemann Center, in collaboration with The Brazilian Society.
